Will my psoriasis cause a problem with the outcome of the surgery? Is there PS that also specialize with skin in the LA Area?

Psoriasis creates inflammation which can increase your risk of infection.  The psoriasis should be under control as much as possible and your surgeon may want to give you oral antibiotics for a few days.  It also depends on exactly where the psoriasis is I relation to the planned incision.

Unless the psoriasis is on the breasts or where the incisions will be made, psoriasis is not expected to affect the outcome of surgery.

You will be fine unless the breast area is involved with psoriasis.  If it is, it must be cleared up before surgery.   This is true of any site on the body.   Look at Allergen Natrelle smooth implants.    All implants including the cohesive gel textured have issues.   Talk to 2 or 3 plastic surgeons.   Make sure your surgeon is boarded.....ABPS-FACS  and the OR is CERTIFIED by QUAD A.    My Best,  DR C
