Implant revision surgery. Will a 60cc reduction make a great difference?

A 60cc implant change (up or down) will not change the size of a breast very significantly.  Simply put, there is not any consistency among bra makers with regards to cup sizes, so the worst way to establish a goal for breast surgery is to speak of cup sizes.  

Hard to tell you without seeing you and examining you.60 cc will not make a big difference but it will make a moderate difference. You will be half a cup-size smaller.

I cannot imagine a 270 cc implant giving you an A to  DD and E size change.    This must be in some specific brand of bra but generally this size implant would just give you a B to B+.    I am perplexed.    You best get a solid estimate of where the 210s would put you and if you really want implants at all.   Generally thinking a 210 implant woulf take an A to B or so.    Are you using some brand of European bra.   They state higher cup size for lower volume.   Get another consultation.   Something makes no sense here.   My Best,  Dr C
