Am I a candidate for a scarless mini ultra lift? (Photos)

I perform a liposuction breast lift that removes tissue from the areas you don't want such as near the armpit and the lower portion hanging near your stomach. Once I use this to shape the breast I then remove the skin to tighten the breast and create a better shape with nice cleavage. Since I perform this less invasively the recovery time is faster. The size would depend on the proportion with your body versus going for a cup size. It works very well if there are asymmetries. I can also use the removed fat as a natural breast augmentation by grafting the fat back into the breast to create more projection or into the top to create more cleavage. This procedure can also be combined with an implant if needed or wanted.  It should not affect nipple sensation, mammograms, cancer risk or breast-feeding. If you gain or lose weight, the transferred fat can do the same.

The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam.  Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic plastic surgery.

Based on your pictures, you would benefit from a breast lift. Your breast shape and size are different. A breast lift (mastopexy) would improve your breast shape with reduction of the areolae. To improve the volume symmetry, a small volume of breast tissue can be removed from the larger breast.  Implants can be inserted also with the breast lift. To achieve the best result, you should schedule a consultation with a specialist plastic surgeon with an interest in breast surgery. Thank you for your question and photos,    The Bellesoma Method is a current technique to lift breasts without using implants or the ugly vertical scars.  The incisions are hidden around the areola and in the inframammary crease. The vertical incision has been completely eliminated. The areola incision heals almost invisibly due to the fact that there is hardly any tension on the closure. With this particular technique, ducts are preserved along with nerve supply maintaining nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed. Because the breast is reshaped internally and is secured to your chest muscles, upper pole fullness is possible without an implant. Attached is a patient who underwent The Bellesoma Method. Please note that her tissue was used to create upper pole fullness and cleavage without any foreign materials (mesh, implants, etc).  It is a proprietary technique that only surgeons that have been trained by me can perform. best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  With that
being said, based on your photographs, the best shape and contour could be
achieved with an implant and a breast lift.  Unfortunately you are not a candidate for a scarless breast lift.   Your nipple sits below the
inframammary fold and without a lift in addition to the implant, this will not
have a natural shape.  A breast lift with an implant can result in a very
nice shape if good technique is used.  The size, profile, and shape of
the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Thank you for your question. You would definitely need a breast lift, which reduces the skin envelope while reshaping the breast tissue into a more youthful and perky shape, implants can also be added for more volume, but this increases the complexity of the operation and recovery and so must be done by someone with a lot of experience.  All breast lifts require external incisions – while some scars will remain, breast lift patients find that the improved breast shape is well worth the tradeoff. A breast lift can rejuvenate your figure with a breast profile that is youthful and uplifted.

Ok, if I understand your concerns they are:  Breasts are different sizes, Breasts have hanging shape.  You want to avoid the scars from a breast lift.  First, you have breasts that have grown in a certain way that has resulted in large areola and a hanging shape.  The breast creases are high.  Now that is your anatomy and it all goes together.  You can look up "tuberous breasts".  Your desires to have better symmetry and better shape and minimize scars are all very reasonable.  But this is a difficult breast anatomy to correct and can often result in more than one operation.  You would be best to have a consultation with a plastic surgeon who has experience in managing this breast situation.  Hopefully this information has been helpful for you.

There is no such thing as a scarless breast lift.  A breast lift requires incisions to lift the nipple areola complex and tighten the breast gland and skin envelope.
