Is it submental liposuction? Also my facial hair, i tried light laser it made the hair grow back thicker and gave me acne. My skin is really sensitive even with waxing acne always appears in reaction of removing facial hair. So any recommendations?

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  In some patients, submental liposuction have a very nice result.   Make sure you
specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have
had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their
