I was wondering what the best compression garment was for after my calf liposuction...how many mmHg of compression is best? I purchased the ones below? Says 15-20 mmHg of compression. Is that enough?

Answer: Calf compression garments Generally, we refer patients to some of the companies that provide the garments. This includes Marena and Veronique to name a few.

Answer: Post liposuction garment You should first ask your Plastic Surgeon. Generally, a garment that goes over the knee and down to the foot with 20-25mm Hg compression is what we use. You can find them in any surgical supply store (Jobst type etc).Best of luck with your surgery.Dr. T
