What can I do to minimize the appearance of scars after a revision rhinoplasty? (photos)

Unfortunately I was botched by my Korean surgeon who did not disclose to me any of the risks associated with the surgery and gaslighted me into believing I had a “successful” surgery when my nose is significantly worse than pre surgery. It is upturned (mildly) contracted nose with deviated septum. Uneven alars, and the most difficult to treat: my scarring. How would I go about it treating these scars? Can cortisol injection work? Wearing nostril retainers?
