Can I get Ultherapy with Radiesse fillers?

Sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, Radiesse is not the best filler to use underneath the eyes. Unlike the Hyaluronic Acid fillers it is also not reversible. Ultherapy can be used to tighten any loose skin in the area, but it is not a treatment to dissolve fillers. The Ultherapy would have no effect on the Radiesse. The best thing to do would be to see a physician in your area that has experience with filler complications and can guide you on the appropriate next steps. Best wishes.

While Ultherapy can be an effective treatment for tightening the skin in the correct patient, I have not heard of it being used to help dissolve Radiesse or any other filler.  I am not certain the Ultherapy would have any effect on the Radiesse.

Hello. I usually recommend Hyaluronic acid products for teartroughs and inject into the base of the teartrough and then massage the product upwards, to avoid overfilling the area. I am not aware of any studies that show Ultherapy can break down Radiesse. I would advise you to consult a qualified dermatologist to discuss further options to deal with the persistent swellings under your eyes, before you do Ultherapy.

I would not recommend trying to use Ultherapy to dissolve Radiesse. This is unlikely to work and could result in additional problems. You should consult with a physician injector and discuss your concerns. There are likely other options to improve your under eye concerns. Radiesse, a calcium hydroxyapetite filler is not recommended for use in the tear trough or under eyes due to high likelihood of tyndall effect and experienced and skilled physicians know this. Unlike HA fillers, There is nothing to dissolve a CHA filler such as Radiesse and in my opinion, stimulation of the affected tissue with ultherapy could cause more aggressive scarring after Radiesse injection. I would suggest consulting an experienced facial plastic surgeon for possible surgical approach to removing the filler or fat transfer to cover the Radiesse crystals.

Radiesse is a good filler when used properly. The best place for Ulthera is right on the bone. Soft tissue volume restoration is best accomplished with Hyaluronic acid fillers in most cases. You might need to have the filler surgically excised.
