I need a nose job but i dont want the typical nose jobs defaults that could make it so clearto others thar i made a nose job. What type of nose correction do i need! I perso beleive nose tip should be smaller and pointed and its so wide i beleive! What do you think .. how much would it cost

It really is a bit too early to tell whether this is going to be a problem for you in the long term. I would suggest you wait for at least three months before judging this and your surgeon should then be able to tell you what has caused the bumps and what solutions are appropriate.
In my professional and personal experience of having a septoplasty and turbinate reduction, it may take several months to a few years to adjust to increased airflow depending on how dry the climate is where you live. Out fracture by itself is usually not as dramatic of a change....
