Had rib graft for saddle deformity now nose looks bigger right after cast removal (had to put cast back on for another wk because it wasn't time). But I still got to see what it looks like under cast and i'm very scared. I asked for a smaller tip and more defined, but what I saw was a bigger nose. I know it's swollen but after first rhino in 2011 I wasn't embarressed after cast removal like I am now. my nose is much bigger on the side that I use to have a dent :(
