I had rhinoplasty one month ago and have had two hard bumps between my eyes since getting my cast removed. My doctor told me it was bone and to press down firmly on them. The area is now more swollen. Is this common and will these hard bumps go away??

In my professional and personal experience of having a septoplasty and turbinate reduction, it may take several months to a few years to adjust to increased airflow depending on how dry the climate is where you live. Out fracture by itself is usually not as dramatic of a change....
Generally, if adequate support is not built into the tip support framework, healing and gravity will work to draw the tip down over time. This process can occur months and years following rhinoplasty.Mario J. Imola, MD, DDS, FRCSC, FACS.
The pic is not great, but it looks like a rhinoplasty would offer you the chance of correction of your nose concerns. A thorough exam would be required to make the final decision. Good luck.
