Thank you for your pictures. In my opin, you need to allow this to heal for the next six months. It does not appear that you are a great candidate were a great candidate for Eric liposuction. You may need a neck lift prior to some modest weight loss.
Dear Berry14,I am guessing the liposuction was an easier, less scary, and cheaper option than a face and neck lift. You will definitely have less fullness after liposuction, but unless you are young or have great skin quality the trade off of less volume is more laxity. There are some mild skin tightening procedures like Uthera and Thermi, but the changes will be mild compared to the results after a surgical procedure. Give it some time, massage, and then go over photos with your surgeon at a longer term follow up (maybe 6 months from now) to see if you are interested in doing something more aggressive.
Although it is a bit early to make a final judgment, it appears you might need a revision. That may be a revision of the liposuction itself or a more extensive operation like a face and neck lift. I would recommend following up with your surgeon.
First of all, wait for another few months to let the neck recover from the surgery. Then revisit your surgeon (or obtain a second opinion) to see whether an additional liposuction and/or a lower face/neck lift is needed.
In certain cases the skin laxity is more than anticapted as in your case. Only a neck lift can improve in my over the internet not examined in person opinion.....
Although I do not perform Coolsculpting in my practice, this device involves cooling of fat in problem areas with the idea that some of the fat will die and be "flushed out" of your system. In carefully selected patients, it may provide a modest non-surgical fat reduction....
Don't worry, you will be fine. Lumps and bumps seem to show up around 3 weeks after surgery and then hang around until 8-12 weeks on occasion. Try some warm compresses and a little light massage - it might help things improve faster.
There are a few ways to approach this that can help soften your facial features. Fat transfer is an excellent procedure that can add soft tissue volume and add dimensions to a "shapeless" face. You can improve your mid face by adding more volume to your anteromedial cheeks and the...
You likely need a VASER hi def procedure in the neck. You likely got improvement but if you want full jawline contouring consider a second treatment. You will get more definition and skin tightening. Go to an expert and someone who treats a lot of men. Best, Dr. Emer.
This is a normal anatomic line called the labiomental sulcus. It is the point at which the base of the lower lip inside the mouth attaches to the jawbone and where the chin muscle attaches as well. It frequently becomes deeper and more noticeable with age as our faces lose normal fat...
Thank you for your question and for sharing your photos. There are several options for contouring the neck and define the jawline.Non surgical options include: 1) Kybella to dissolve the fatty tissue in the submental area 2) Cool-mini treatment from Coolsculpting to target the same area 3) ...
