Will the lumps go away after Chin lipo? I didn't have lumps or cellulite looking stuff before.

I had surgery Dec 4 Brusing is gone Feeling is coming back But I'm hiding my neck especially on the right side .. I have a couple of really big lumps and small ones under the chin and right side It simply looks freaky.. I can't afford anything else .. Will it smooth out?

Don't worry, you will be fine.  Lumps and bumps seem to show up around 3 weeks after surgery and then hang around until 8-12 weeks on occasion.  Try some warm compresses and a little light massage - it might help things improve faster.

You are about six weeks after your facial liposuction. It is not unusual to have lumps and irregularities at this stage. I would encourage you to follow up with your surgeon. Sometimes a steroid injection may help to smooth things out faster.

Liposuction results truly do smooth out over time, and 1-2 months after surgery is still very early.  Massage the area firmly throughout the day, as that will soften scar tissue.  At the 6-9 month time-frame, if you still have asymmetry, and the scar tissue feels soft, it might be reasonable to have a small touchup in the office (liposuction).  Or you could have Kybella injected into the remaining areas of fullness--again, only after adequate time has passed.  There are options available, so try to give it time.
