Can I have neck/chino lipo done a second time? (Photo)

I had smart lipo done to get rid of a double chin about 18 months ago. The results were okay, just a pretty subtle change. I'm pretty much the exact same weight as I was that first time, but some weight has returned to that double chin area. Is there any harm in having a similar procedure done again less than 2 years from the first time? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate.

you likely need a VASER hi def procedure in the neck.  You likely got improvement but if you want full jawline contouring consider a second treatment.  You will get more definition and skin tightening. Go to an expert and someone who treats a lot of men. Best, Dr. Emer.

An in-person examination and consultation is required, especially since this is a secondary surgery. There are 2 compartments of fat in the neck, and these are called sub-mental fat above the platysma muscle, and sub- platysmal fat below the platysma muscle. It is doubtful that you had  all the submental fat removed, and probably have had no sub-platysmal fat removal. A neck lift can address fat reduction in both compartments in addition to a platysma-plasty which will improve the jawline. No skin removal is required.
