I hate the results from my gynecomastia surgery. The creases under my chest are very noticeable and I lack the definition that I thought I’d have. On top of that I still have discoloration around the nipple area. What happened? What can I do to fix this. I’d like a full, natural looking chest.

It is very common to feels lumps in the area of liposuction after 6 weeks. They do tend to disappear with time but can take up to twelve month. Try to massage them and if worried see your plastic surgeon for reassurance.

Thank you for sharing your question and congratulations on your procedure. After 9 days you are likely fine to start vaping without significant impact to your healing but smoking of any kind can hamper your scar maturation process so try and limit your use as much as possible.
