Hello thanks for sharing your pictures. From the pictures its very hard to diagnose. You may be having a superficial epidermal peeling which does occur in some cases. The usual course would be sloughing of skin and healing which may leave a hypopigmented area which usually regains its color over 3-6 months. Consult your operating surgeon for assessment.

Its very hard to tell whats going on from your photo.  It may just be very bruised.  I reccomend that you get checked out by your surgeon.  Best wishes.
