So I had my gynecomastia surgery 5 days ago, and today the Areola of my right nipple has turned a grey-ish color and I am worried that it may be early nipple necrosis. I have provided a photo.

It is early in your recovery period. I would recommend massaging the area to make sure that the nipple is not held down by scar tissue. Normally fully recovery takes 3-4 months.
