Upon reviewing your photo, it seems that your left ear is positioned slightly bit lower than the right. Otoplasty surgery is this surgery to change the shape as well as the height of the years and it can improve your ear symmetry .
Thanks for your question. Height difference is common and is usually due to cranial base changes that happen in infancy. The reason why you are noticing the asymmetry in photos and not in a mirror, is because that image is flipped from what you are used to seeing normally in a mirror. That being said, height difference cannot be changed, only the size and shape of the ears. I hope this helps. If you have further questions, seek consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who has extensive experience in ear reconstruction. Good luck!
Please be aware that every one of us is asymmetrical in all aspects of our body shapes. There is a tendency to focus this when we have two sides to our bodies, and as much as we hope each side is the same in size as the other we can clearly see that this is not the case. Don't worry about this and consult with a local Plastic Surgeon if you have any further concerns.Frank Rieger M.D. Tampa Plastic Surgeon

Make a follow-up appointment with your plastic surgeon. There are many revisions that can be done if necessary. Overall, the position of the ear to the head is the most important. Discuss this with your plastic surgeon. Good luck!
Keloids are tricky. Im not sure how old you are but the younger one is, the higher are the chances for recurrences. best is to get in touch with your local doctor (dermatological surgeon, Mohs Surgeon, cosmetic surgeon) and discuss your longterm options. as these keloids will not go away in 1...
Yes, an ear that is pinned too far back can be corrected. Depending on the condition it could be possible to do this under local anesthesia. You may consider talking to your initial surgeon.
