Do I have anything to concerned about following small bump after 7 days? (Photo)

It’s still quite early on in your recovery so you may notice some contour irregularities. It is common for these irregularities to appear along the incision lines. As your recovery progresses, these will most likely go away.    

At seven days after any surgery there a likely to be small bumps. For Otoplasty it takes about 3 months for most things to settle down. Follow your plastic surgeon's advice. They know more about your situation than we do. Keep your follow-up appointments. If the area becomes red, painful, larger or drains, call your plastic surgeon and follow-up sooner. Thank you for sharing your questions and photograph. Your photo appears to show some mild contour irregularity along the incision. After only seven days you should expect to see some swelling, redness and some irregularities along the incision line, which may cause some temporary distortion of the normal earlobe contour. At 7 days it is too early to judge the end result. There will still be swelling which will go down with time. Some small lumps on the incision line at 7 days are likely to improve with time.If you are concerned about the wound you should return and see the surgeon who carried out the procedure.Best wishes
