The side of my ear that was sticking out most now appears stuck to my head but the bottom is still out. If there is any way to do a reversal pinning and make the ear appear normal or midway reversal

Yes, an ear that is pinned too far back can be corrected. Depending on the condition it could be possible to do this under local anesthesia. You may consider talking to your initial surgeon.

The photos don’t allow one to make a valid assessment as to whether one ear was pinned closer to the head than the other. Because the photos weren’t taken exactly from the middle of the head, the left half of the face is turned slightly to the right, so that more can be seen of the left ear.

If  you have concerns about asymmetry of your ears after otoplasty,  please discuss with your surgeon.  If your surgeon does not perform revision otoplasty please consult a board certified facial plastic surgeon who has vast experience in otoplasty surgeon.
