Belly button drainage 2 months post tummy tuck, what could this be? (photos)

The superficial sutures used to sew up the belly button will often take several months to dissolve. If you develop an infection around the suture, it is usually best to have it removed so that the wound can heal faster. You could also have an infection around the sutures used to plicate your abdominal muscles. This may also need to be removed if it is infected. Follow up with your surgeon

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Based on your narrative it appears that the remaining suture is causing the issue and I would visit your surgeon's office to have it removed.  This should stop any residual drainage from your tissues.  Hope this helps.

That drainage is likely related to the spitting suture at that area. Usually spitting sutures resolve with time but sometimes have to be removed in the clinic if they do not resolve with time. Let your plastic surgeon know about this drainage so that you can be seen to ensure there are no signs of infection at this area. An in-person examination is the best way to ensure this area is being appropriately treated. Best of luck!

Based on your description the drainage may be related to that suture end that is still in the belly button. Contact your surgeon to have it removed. The discharge will likely stop once that suture end is removed and the area has a little time to fully heal.

this looks like a reaction to one of the deep sutures. I think this might need taking out. 

Drainage from a belly button after tummy tuck is most often from a dissolving stitch. Follow up with your plastic surgeon and it should get better.Best

Prolonged drainage from the umbilicus following abdominoplasty usually is the result of a retained suture. An absorbable suture would most likely have dissolved by now, suggesting that it may a permanent suture. 
I recommend you undergo reevaluation by your plastic surgeon as the suture requires extraction.
