Feel so lucky that I found Mr El Gawad, he’s a fantastic, very experienced skilled surgeon and has such compassion too.

From the first meeting I felt at ease and found Mr El Gawad, caring, professional and honest. He provided lots of information and ensured I had realistic expectations of what could be achieved.

From the first enquiry to after care everything has been amazing and I can’t recommend him andthe team highly enough.
I even received flowers 2 days post op which was a really nice touch. Really looking forward to seeing the final healed results, but delighted already!

Excellent, far better than my expectations. I’m day 8 post surgery (tummy tuck) and feel fantastic, I was up and about as normal just a little stiff by day 2 and have today been on a nice 7 mile walk taking it easy with no problems at all.

Have spent many years and months researching this procedure and was most anxious about the recovery rather than actual surgery and am amazed at how easy it has been. Mr El Gawad is a gentlemen and has made me feel at ease all the way through and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to a friend.

Where do I begin? Mr El Gawad is a charming gentleman and a brilliant surgeon who takes his work and continuing professional development very seriously. It is clear from both his demeanour and that of every member of his team that they have the utmost respect and consideration for their clients and for each other. Everyone, from Mr El Gawad to the domestic staff, was kind and caring at all times. I felt that I was in the safest and most capable hands from the first time I met Mr El Gawad. He was able to answer all my questions (I had prepared quite a few) and met with me on two separate occasions before I booked my operation. I never felt under any pressure. In fact, I actually felt confident that I had chosen the best surgeon during our first meeting, having seen some images of his previous surgeries and from chatting with him. I was not disappointed by my decision. I had my surgery (full abdominoplasty with liposuction and abdominal muscle repair) at Whiston Hospital which is a high-tech, modern hospital with a dedicated plastics department (I believe it’s the second largest in the UK). Every aspect of my stay at the hospital was excellent. The standard of care was exceptional from every member of staff. I am convinced that was the reason I recovered very quickly; I had my surgery on a Saturday, I was completely free of painkillers by the following Tuesday and back home on the Thursday. It has been four months since my operation and I feel fantastic! I am fit and strong although I am still not allowed to lift heavy weights or do abdominal crunches which is simply a sensible precaution. I should mention that not only do I have a flat tummy which is great but I also have a very tidy and natural looking relocated belly button and perfectly symmetrical abdominal scar which is hidden nicely behind my new bikini briefs which I was unable to wear pre-op. Mr El Gawad is an artist when it comes to “contouring” because my tummy and flanks are beautifully smooth; even better than pre-childbirth! Mr El Gawad’s Secretary, Rachel, also deserves a mention as she was and continues to be very friendly, helpful and accessible, always striving to provide excellent customer service. I could go on and on. I just wish that I had had the surgery years ago. I am more than happy to recommend Mr El Gawad

Further to my original review, I would now like to share my just-before and four-months-after photos. Please bear in mind that I had just eaten a big meal prior to the after photos, and the creases around my tummy are just temporary from sitting for some time in tight jeans. I an led to believe that the bruising to my flanks is temporary as is some swelling to the pubic mons area. In any case, I am utterly delighted with the results so far. Mr El Gawad has made me a very, very happy person. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

I was scared choosing a doctor to do my surgery but i defiantly made the right decision. Dr gawad made me feel comfortable the whole time and lots of other doctors and nurses have commented on how good of a job he has done.

5ft 6, 11stone curvy mixed race woman. Current boobs are 34DD they look good in a bra but are droopy and my nipples are bigger than I would like, as a result I lack in confidence and hate them. I have thought about BA for around 3 years but was put off by the fact that I would need an uplift. I’ve finally came to terms with needing an uplift and so have done some extensive research.

From my first consultation with Mr EL Gawad he came across as a caring, passionate and sympathetic consultant. He listened to my problems and carried out an examination, we discussed my surgery options and I left the appointment feeling fully informed. There was no pressure from Mr El Gawad to have surgery, he left me to digest the information and to take as much time as I wanted to decide if I would like to go ahead with surgery. A few weeks later I had a further consultation to run through everything and to make sure I was happy with how we would proceed. I had surgery within 6 weeks and I am now 4 weeks post op. The Doctors and nurses were fantastic and looked after me and reassured me if I was concerned about the slightest thing. I was able to contact Mr El Gawad or the hospital at anytime of day if necessary. Having multiple operations at the same time recovery was always going to be slightly slower, the first two weeks were the hardest and I had to rely on my immediate family for support and help. I made sure I rested but at the same time I had to make sure I got up and moved about. My scars are healing very well and I only have slight bruising now. I am extremely happy with my results and cannot thank Mr El Gawad and his team enough for their care and support, I know once my recovery is complete this is life changing for me and my only regret is I didn't do it sooner. I would recommend Mr El Gawad to anyone who is thinking about surgery.

Mr El Gawad is the most professional and kind, experienced doctors I have ever come across. He has done a arm lift and breast lift for me together in one procedure. The results are excellent, I’m very happy with how everything has turned out. He is a perfectionist. He is attentive, listens to our needs and what you want, very realistic and won’t just tell you what you want to hear. However his professionalism and attention to detail and work is second to none. Such a kind caring and lovely person. He answers all your questions puts your mind to ease, he called me at my house after the procedure to check up on me and also sent me flowers to my home. Give me his mobile number for any questions I may have. The after care has been excellent. I’m very happy and would recommend him highly.

My experience with Mr Gawad was fantastic and I am extremely happy with the results of my tummy tuck muscle repair and would recommend anybody that wants plastic surgery to go to him. He is a very approachable surgeon whenever I had anything to ask he would email or text straight back. His aftercare is fantastic and I am extremely happy with my results and more so.

After researching and looking through many different cosmetic surgery companies I decided on Pall Mall. I had a really good feeling from reading up on the company, the surgeons and all the reviews, medical history and experience they had. I’m so happy I choose them as 5 weeks post op I’m delighted with my results.

I had abdominoplasty and umbilical repair hernia surgery. The care, support and advice right from the very beginning was second to none. They always had time to listen and answer any of my questions. Mr El Gawad who performed my surgery (amazing guy!) went above and beyond to make me feel at ease about the whole process and along with the Pall Mall staff the whole procedure was flawless. Mr El Gawad even sent me flowers and a card when I returned home that I thought was a beautiful, personal touch. I cannot thank you all enough for giving me my confidence back. Also want to say a special thanks to Maxine from Newton-le-Willows who’s help, chats and advice about my after care was so kind and just what I needed.

Cannot recommend Mr Gawad enough and his team. The pre op and post op care is amazing. Mr Gawad is always on other end of phone. He has give me so much confidence. Best choice ever. Caring amazing man.
