Is there an alternative methods to taping my back after lipo?

I had lipo done on my abdomen, love handles and axilla areas 3 weeks ago. My doctor wants me to tape my back for the best results. I am single and I don't have friends close by to help me with this, I've talked to the Dr multiple times about this and he can not offer me any other solution. Any tips on how I can manage this? #desperate #regret #iseerevisioninmyfuture

Most plastic surgeons prescribe a compressive garments. Where a state may be a suitable substitute the logistics of putting it on to get uniform pressure seems to be difficult. You may want to discuss a compressive garment rather than tape with your plastic surgeon.

I have never heard of this method used to "improve" results. Typically compression and/or foam is used. In my opinion, after about three to four weeks long term results are not meaningfully influenced by any of these in the majority of patients.
