My goal is to be DD+. Is this size silicone implant too big for a woman with my stats. I see much smaller and much more petite woman than me with them, but I don't want to push my body beyond it's limits. Would 800cc silicone HP or UHP be appropriate for my goal and my physique.

Answer: Is 800cc appropriate? Based on your photos, I agree that a 400-500cc HP implant would likely get you to a DD cup. I do not think that 800cc implants are appropriate for your physique and could compromise your skin/tissues. I think that you should see a board certified plastic surgeon who is able to estimate your potential size with a sizing system.

Answer: Wanting to be a DD Hi. It looks like you are a big B to small C cup at present. So a 2-2.5 cup increase would get you to a DD or so. I suspect that something more in the 400-500 cc range would do this. 800 cc would be excessive for you and for your tissues. Best to get properly measured and sized during a consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon.Best wishes,
