I am 23 110lbs 5'1 32a wanting to be a full C cup small D. I really think 350cc will be a good size for me but my breasts are slightly wide set and I don't want to end up with an implant going too far toward my armpit.

Answer: Is 350cc the right size? Thank you for including photos - it is hard to say if 350 is exactly the right size for you, but it is in the neighborhood of the right size given your goal of a full C to small D cup. A lot of what implant size is ultimately used is determined by your chest shape/width. I would bring your concerns up with your surgeon regarding the implant migrating outward as over time as the implant settles into the place this is where it tends to appear to go. Best of luck!

Answer: Is 350 cc the right size? Since you are very petite based on your measurements and pictures, the 350cc range seems appropriate. One way to help decide is the find a Board Certified plastic surgeon who has breast implant sizers in their office. I use this method for you to try them on in your normal clothes with a slightly larger sizing bra to get just the look you want. How you want to look is more important than the actual cup size on the tag of your bra. You should strive for the appearance you desire and later find a bra that fits you. If you like how you look, it won't matter if it is a C or a D as this is a generalization of size that is closely tied to the circumference of your chest. A 34 "D", is definitely much smaller than a 44 "D", even though they are both a "D". Discussing this thoroughly with your surgeon will help you have a successful result from your surgery.
