Asymmetric chin but jaw is perfectly symmetrical? (Photo)

The best long term option could be to contour down the chin bone on the longer side to create symmetry and balance out your chin. However when contouring down bone, there is a chance of skin laxity or ptosis. It is favorable that you would not need to remove much to get the result you are looking for. You could also look into a genioplasty to fix the asymmetry as well, but that is a bit more invasive. It all depends on what your aesthetic goals are. Unfortunately, all your photos are made while smiling. That gives the impression that asymmetry is mostly dynamic when smiling. In repose, photos would help to figure out what is the additional cause of this problem. Only after in-person evaluation, one could think about the way to improve it; try different smiles to see whether that will create the desired change/balance.

So, it could be excess soft tissue, and we could address that with botox or removal of some soft tissue. But, you could also address the bone to allow things to sit better.

If soft tissue is the issue then filler would be the right choice. Autologous fat would give more volume and last longer.
