Asymmetric chin but jaw is perfectly symmetrical? (Photo)

Courageous76904
Hi! So i consulted with a maxillo surgeon and did a full 3D scan of my skull / jaw because i thought that my asymmetry was due to to skeletal issues. Turns out my jaw is perfectly symmetrical and this is a soft tissue issue. I tried to google this type of problem and found nothing. The maxillo surgeon offered to do filler to balance out the chin but i like the shorter side better. What could cause this and how to address this problem?
