Will swelling make chin look long after genioplasty?

How long does it take for swelling to resolve in chin after genioplasty? Also, will the swelling make it rather long? I am just worried. Also, will it change your lip volume and make them smaller? I had vertical augmentation with a horizontal advancement. I am a female and it was moved 5mm vertically and 7mm horizontally.

Hello, Thank you for posting this. Your face is very well proportioned. There is a rule of lower facial thirds which says that in an attractive face, the distance between the nose and the mouth is half of that between the mouth and the chin. I would not recommend any surgery.
