Jaw surgery is a major procedure and is mostly done to fix mechanical issues. I believe you can achieve the results you are looking for with a genioplasty. By brining your chin forward and down, it would add length and definition to your jawline, while brining balance to your profile. For added contour, you may consider buccal fat removal with/without jawline lipo. With that, some people no longer find the need for a rhinoplasty after their chin augmentation because their face is more balanced and their nose appears smaller. That being said, both procedures can be done at the same time. I would especially consider a rhinoplasty if you have breathing issues.
