Will a tiplasty procedure using ear cartilage/nasal septum be enough to give me a refined tip that will look good wit my natural bridge? I'm also looking into an osteotomy to narrow my wide nasal bones from the front profile. Is this a good procedure for someone that wants natural results and no dorsal augmentation?
