I'm interested in getting asian rhinoplasty to augment my nose bridge, and I am wondering whether the increased bridge height will pull on the skin in the inner corners of my eyes to give a more almond shape. I have double eyelids and a minimal epicanthal fold. When I tug at the sides of my eyes, the inner corners become more exposed and give a nice almond shape. Is this achievable through bridge augmentation? If so, what type of material should I use to prevent movement?
