Dent on the bridge of my nose growing over time - what should I do?

Hello, i m 28 years old and i had little dent on the bridge of my nose which seems to grow over time. Whenever i tilt my face my nose sees to tilt as well, it looks loose. I don’t know what is wrong with it, what should i do?
