Previously my surgeon has recommended Mentor CPG 322, mod plus, 160-250cc range, 9.5-10 bwd, body frame & now leaning towards more small/med c along with goal pics to show him what I'm after; natural look, soft cleavage line, perky, slope (lower pole volume - beckoning) & he said 250cc may not fit & close cleavage, so should I ask about high profile?

Many surgeons have sample implants available that you can "try on" to get a feel for how you may look after surgery. This may help you decide.

Answer: Breast Augmentation Hi. Given you have narrow chest width to achieve the volume and look you are after you will likely benefit from having high profile implants. This would give you more fullness without being too wide for your chest. Using CPG would help give you a natural look.
