Would an autoimmune disorder such as ITP cause a higher risk of developing BII?

I have read that people with pre existing autoimmune disorders are at a higher risk of developing breast implant illness. I have mild ITP. Platelets stay above 80,000 (dropped during pregnancy but are steady now) No other issues that come with the condition other than easily bruising. Ive been cleared by an oncologist but I want a professional opinion as to whether it is worth the possible risk. TIA
