How do I treat uneven breast size after pregnancy?

hi. i would like to ask how do i treat uneven breast size? the left is slightly larger than my right due to my pregnancy but it has been 10 years ago and that time my baby latched on more on the left and since it didnt get back to its same size. any recommendation on what should i do and take without having surgery?

treating uneven breast size.  Without a
picture and in-person examination, it is very difficult to give you specific
advice about correcting your asymmetry. 
Asymmetrical breasts are the norm rather than the exception, and this is
often more pronounced after pregnancy.  Treatment
can include lifting the breast, reducing the breast size, or by placing
implants of different sizes, to achieve symmetry of both length and
volume.  I would recommend a consultation
with a Board Certified plastic surgeon, at which time all of your options can
be discussed.

Asymmetry of the breasts after breast-feeding is fairly common. Depending on the specific anatomy correction may involve breast augmentation, mastopexy or both. There is no nonsurgical treatment.

Breast #Assymetry can surgically be corrected. Some patients experience satisfying results with a Breast Lift, or, Mastopexy. Breasts are often #asymmetric and can be lifted differently. The size of one breast may be reduced, or, different amounts of fat may be added to the breasts to improve symmetry. This is called the "#California Breast Lift" also known as "Natural Breast Enlargement".  It is a method of transferring your own fat to enlarge and #shape  #uneven breasts, without adding #implants.Also, if a Breast Augmentation is suggested, saline implants are also an option.Saline Implants allow the plastic surgeon some flexibility with sizing during surgery.
Often times a woman has breasts which vary slightly in size. If one breast is
slightly smaller than the other, each implant can be filled to a different
amount to create better symmetry.However, these are some options. Determining if you are a candidate would be discussed in greater detail with your Plastic Surgeon during a one-on-one consultation.

Hello,Treatment of breast asymmetry should be individualized. Although I do not see photos of your case, you may need either asymmetrical breast implant placement with or without a breast lift. The specific type of breast lift would also be determined once your surgeon evaluates anatomy.

Sorry, but there is use no way to improve breast symmetry, without surgical intervention.  If your breast size, shape, and/or symmetry are of concern, seek consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons who can demonstrate  significant experience achieving the times of outcomes you will be pleased with. Asymmetry after breast feeding and pregnancy can be helped with plastic surgery.The surgery may involve lifting on one side, different size implants, or a reduction on one side.An exam or photos will help.
