A derm or a plastic surgeon can inject with solid quality results. Experience and training is important and you should ask about both during your consultation. Good luck. Dr. ALDO
Thank you for sharing your question. Both board certified plastic surgeons and dermatologists are excellent options for your Sculptra injector so I would see the before and after images of their patients in order to make the best decision. Hope this helps.
Now all experience injectors who have been certified can inject Sculptra. You should go to someone you know and trust. All physcians go through the same training. Don't be fooled by titles. Hope this helps. JB
Sculptra is a great product when used correctly, but I would say that it requires a bit more experience than most other fillers. You should look for a physician that has a lot of experience with Sculptra, and this could be a dermatologist, facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon.
Thank you for your question. Sculptra is safe to use as long its done by board-certified provider. Please make sure you research the before and after pictures and credentials of the providers you are interested in working with.
Sculptra is a safe and effective treatment when performed by a skilled physician. Board certified dermatologists and plastic surgeons are both qualified to inject Sculptra. I would look for either a Dermatologist, Plastic Surgeon or Facial Plastic Surgeon with experience in injecting Sculptra. I think the specialty matters less then the experience level

Sculptra is generally injected in the subcutaneous tissues, above the muscles, but away from the skin as well. It can also be placed right up against the facial bones below the the muscle layer of the face. It's a safe and effective product.Best wishes. Dr. ALDO
