Can Sculptra be used after fat transfer? How much volume?

Sculptra can be used safety after a fat transfer as long as enough time has passed for the fat transfer to recover. 4 months is reasonable.

There should be no problem with having Sculptra Aesthetic injected 4 months out from your fat transfer and you are far enough out that massaging the areas should not be a problem. As for volume created by Sculptra, there is variability person to person. In general, it takes a series of 2 to 3 sets of Sculptra injections to reach your endpoint. There should be no problems using Sculptra after fat transfer. I does take about 9-12 months to see the full effects of the fat grafting. You might want to wait for that time period. I don't think massaging at this point will change the outcome of the fat. Your doctor will blame the poor fat grafting results on the Sculptra however.
