Sculptra can be used safety after a fat transfer as long as enough time has passed for the fat transfer to recover. 4 months is reasonable.

There should be no problem with having Sculptra Aesthetic injected 4 months out from your fat transfer and you are far enough out that massaging the areas should not be a problem. As for volume created by Sculptra, there is variability person to person. In general, it takes a series of 2 to 3 sets of Sculptra injections to reach your endpoint.
