Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  I am sorry to see your results but you can seek additional treatment to help improve upon your appearance. I would recommend steroid injections initially into the lumps and if this fails consider 5FU.  Hope this helps.

An examination of you would be helpful to give you the best advice, but it appears that you may have some nodules that developed after your Sculptra treatments.  These nodules can frequently be treated with Kenalog or 5-FU injections to bring them down.  I would seek out a physician with experience in using Sculptra and treating nodules.  

Nodularity after Sculptra is usually the result of the injector. This will probably not go away on it's own. 5FU and steroid injections will be needed to reduce these. Surgery might also be needed. Also consider using Ulthera to break this up. There was too much Sculptra injected in the small area or too concentrated. There was some error done because the other side looks unaffected.
