I had 2 viles of sculptra on Monday not much swelling just tenderness so decided by Sunday to put a (pulsating clay) mask next day face really swollen/distorted ..told to take Claritin I'm scared this is permanent even putting ice - Is it normal to be very puffy and really swollen over a week later or could I have caused permanent damage my face looks disfigured it's soo puffy .. when/what can I do about this puffiness I'm anxiety ridden and really scared ...almost regretting gettting sculptura

It is not clear to me whether these are nodules or granulomas and I think there is even confusion among doctors. Nodules are collections of filler which are neither tender or red. They are usually due to injection error - too much in the area. Granulomas are inflammatory nodules - red, tender....

Agree with Dr Butterwick, different fillers for the amount of atrophy and finesse. Sculptra maybe an indication- I use this filler for extreme atrophy, whilst I utilise HA fillers for finesse.
