I got Juvederm ultra plus done on my lips yesterday and last night and today, I’m feeling a little nauseated with a headache.

Can this be a side effect to it or just a considience that’s I’m just not feeling well? Also, I’m weaning my 1 year old from breastfeeding.. how long should I wait to nurse her again (if needed)?

I am sorry you have had this experience. I do agree that you have had a less than optimal result from your treatment and that there is prominent unevenness. I typically suggest waiting a month following treatment to allow for any tissue edema from the treatment itself to resolve spontaneously....

Hi Kristen, I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing under eye experience. Whether you obtain a refund or not is between you and your physician. That being said, if you're unhappy with the results, you can certainly dissolve the filler with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time...

Thank you for your question and photos. I would suggest calling the doctor that did the injections and have your lips looked at. It is not expected, in my experience, for those lumps to look as they do and also to be getting bigger.

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry to hear of your lip difficulties.  If you have seen little improvement, I would recommend having them dissolve your filler and continue with the antibiotics until your symptoms have fully resolved.  Best wishes.

Thanks for the question and photo. I appreciate your concern, but I assure you that swelling after filler injections is very common. When the injections are performed in the sensitive area of the mouth, the swelling can be even more prominent. If the ice is helping and you are slowly seeing...
