I got Juvederm ultra plus done on my lips yesterday and last night and today, I’m feeling a little nauseated with a headache.

It is unlikely that your nausea and headache are related to your Juvederm procedure. Dermal fillers, when used in the right hands, are a highly safe and effective treatment with minimal side effects. If you still aren't feeling any better, I recommend scheduling a follow-up with your provider who will provide a formal evaluation. They can also advise you on breastfeeding. I recommend scheduling a consultation with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist who is an expert in facial rejuvenation.

Filler injections should not cause nausea or a headache, especially 24 hours after the procedure. Sometimes during the procedure patients get nausea due to anxiety. You might see these type of symptoms if you were developing an infection, but this is rare and unlikely. The symptoms you describe are not typical after lip injections so it is unlikely that your nausea and headache are related to your Juvederm treatment from the previous day.  If your symptoms do not improve, or worsen, contact your physician for an evaluation.
