Hello, what is the difference between sculptra and a basic hyaluron filler? Wich is better for a fat loss, skinny face?
Answer: Difference between Sculptra and a hyaluronic acid filler Sculptra is a stimulating agent used to produce gradual volume replacement to the face. Normally, a series of treatments are needed to obtain the desired result. Once the result is attained, the improvement can last 2-4 years. A hyaluronic acid filler produces immediate improvement but the results do not last as long as Sculptra. Either product can produce improvement, so one is not necessarily better than the other. They just work differently to obtain the result.

Answer: Sculptra vs. Hyaluronic Acid Gel Hyaluronic acid gel fillers (i.e. Belotero, Juvederm, Restylane, etc.) are used to correct volume loss and/or wrinkles. The result is immediate and will last approximately 6-12 months depending on the type of filler used and the area it is placed. Sculptra is a Poly-L Lactic Acid bead that stimulates your body’s fibroblasts to produce collagen in the areas injected. Sculptra is a tissue stimulator and results appear around 4-6 weeks and can last up to 2-3 years. Both options can be useful for correcting volume loss. I suggest making an in-person consultation with a board-certified dermatologist in order to create a treatment plan that would best suit your needs

Answer: What is the difference between Sculptra and Hyaluronic acid fillers? Which is best for a fat loss, skinny face? Sculptra is a collagen stimulator, and encourages new collagen formation in your skin over 6 weeks. Hyaluronic acid is a replacement for tissue ground substance, so it physically fills the space, and is gradually removed. Sculptra lasts years, HA fillers for months. My best results are using both Sculptra and fillers, in ways that are best suited for the material and the client. Find a doctor you trust. Best to you, Dr. Kennedy

Answer: Hyaluronic Acid or Sculptra Hyaluron filler is a synthetic collagen that is injected into the face to replace lost volume due to aging or to correct facial lines and wrinkling. The results are immediate and temporary until the product is dissolved in 6 to 12 months. Sculptra on the other hand is a bio-stimulator that promotes production of your own collagen. It corrects volume loss rather than correcting lines and wrinkles. The result of injecting Sculptra is not immediate and it is achieved at 3 to 6 months later after 2 to 3 consecutive injections. The end result is permanent until further aging continues.

Answer: Sculptra Aesthetic versus hyaluronic acid filler Thank you for your question. Sculptra Aesthetic is a bio-stimultor that promotes the production of your own collagen. This gives a long lasting effect lasting 2 or more years in most patients. It generally takes a series of 2 to 3 sets of injections spread apart by a couple of months.Hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm are synthetic products that occupy space and attract water. Depending on the location injected and the product selected they will last 6 months to 2 years.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.
