I have gotten Dysport for many years. Dr. Kennedy is always so amazing every time I go. He listens, offers suggestions and keeps you at the ease throughout the entire appointment. I coouldn’t ask for a better provider. His nurse is spot on as well. They are an amazing duo.
Dr. Kennedy and his staff, Karri , were awesome. I am 44 never had botox or juvederm before. They suggested only a small amount - did not try to overdo or oversell. I had botox for between eyes and downturned mouth. Juvederm to fill in downturned mouth. My face now looks natural instead of scowling all the time. I could not have been made more comfortable and hand held thru the whole process. Customer for life! I look amazing. I am very happy !
After losing a substantial amount of weight, my face lost volume, especially under my eyes, giving me an older-than-I-looked appearance. Dr. Gregg Kennedy's office, First Med Aesthetics, introduced me to the Vampire Facelift as safe, effective way to regain my youthful face. The procedure was done by Dr. Kennedy in his [RS bleep], GA office and I was truly BLOWN away by the instant results. He did such an amazing job taking such diligent effort to obtain optimum results. He spent a considerable about of time looking at my face and discussing with me where he would treat my face with the PRP solution. I could not be more pleased with the results and would recommend it to anyone wanting to look younger but more importantly, feel great about yourself. Dr. Kennedy and his staff are such wonderful, compassionate people who truly care about their patients and their well-being.
Unprofessional, rude, and dangerous. Wish I never went to him. He refuses to treat the mistakes he made and literally laughs in your face because he could care less what you’re going through because of him. All about the $$$. Never thought a doctor with so much experience would perform and behave so poorly.
Thanks for this important question. Many clients want to know if part of a syringe will be enough to accomplish correction. I agree wholeheartedly with Dr. Pinsky who recommends that you concentrate on the area you are interested in and then move to other areas if there is leftover product. Undertreatment of scars is a waste of resources. Best, Gregg Kennedy MD
Thanks for the question on this topic. It’s important to recall that Sculptra is not a filler, and any immediate filling or swelling is gone in a few hours. As the water in Sculptra is absorbed, leaving the active ingredient behind, the crease and swelling around it will fade and disappear. Best to you, Gregg Kennedy, MD
Thanks for this challenging question. You don’t say whether you had liposuction by itself or assisted by laser or ultrasound energy. In the usual case, tumescent anesthesia injected into your fatty deposits reduces operative and postoperative pain to very low levels. It is unusual to require pain medication after most liposuction. Be sure you carefully follow up with your surgeon to get the best postoperative care. Best to you, Gregg Kennedy, MD
Thanks for this interesting question. Botulinum toxin injections can cause local tenderness which can be felt as activation of an old pain directly, by wounding, and indirectly, by the action of the toxin at nerve endings. Both of these actions should result in temporary discomfort only. See your doctor if pain persists. Best to you, Dr. Kennedy
Bags under the eyes are a frequent target of those interested in getting cosmetic improvement to the face, as they are the first thing you see when you look in the mirror. They are caused by skin laxity, dermal thinning, and subcutaneous fluid retention in addition to deep changes in bony support and fat herniation from the orbit (eye socket). Targeting only one or two of these forces often results in partial improvement. Your surgeon thought that skin tightening would help you. Lacking photos, I would suggest that this is worth a try and can always be followed by more invasive efforts. Best to you! Gregg Kennedy, MD
