Any non invasive methods to contour a sloped forehead? (Photo)

Sculptra is a long-lasting dermal filler that can create really beautiful contours on the face and temple, but I prefer hyaluronic acid fillers for the forehead. Sculptra may rarely result in a small bump on the forehead, so a dilute hyaluronic acid filler is often preferred for the forehead to ensure smoothness.  Depending on the hollowness or slope of a forehead, I may use diluted Restylane, Belotero or Voluma.  A smooth, well contoured forehead is a very attractive feature that can be created with many different fillers. Often a neuromodulator like Botox is used at the same time to get even smoother and even longer lasting results.  Results will last about a year, depending on which filler you choose. Please find a board-certified dermatologist who has expertise in sculpting the face with dermal fillers. 

I would have to see you in a formal consultation to see which approach works the best. I cannot see enough from just one photo. I use Sculptra, diluted Voluma, and Belotero in the forehead. Lots of options actually. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO
