I want them to be big but not too big. I also fear of being too small as well for what I am paying. I am currently a b cup. I want to be a big D cup. I like the way the 350cc looked but they have to order a little bigger because they are going under the muscle so they gave me 385cc. I just want to know what everyone thinks and get some opinions.
Answer: Will 385cc HP implants be a good fit? Thanks so much for your question. I think it's reasonable to go up at least two cup sizes with the size you are mentioning. I would say that you would be in the full C/small D range. I think it's always a useful exercise to try on implant sizers prior to surgery. I like to have my patients do this and then take photos with their own tops back on. It gives them a realistic view of what they can expect following surgery. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Answer: Breast Implant size Hello. There are many factors that go in to selecting the 'ideal' implant for a patient. First, it depends on your size goals. A bra cup size is approximately 150-200cc, so you have selected an appropriate sized implant for your goals. Next, the implant must fit your anatomy. Your doctor should measure your breast width (base diameter) in addition to other measurements that help guide an implant that will fit you best. In addition to measurements and sizers, I use a 3D imaging device (Vectra) to help my patients visualize how the breasts will appear with the implants we select. This helps to show different sized implants as well as different projection. If you do select an implant with a high projection, it is important it fits your base diameter. Best of luck with your journey!
