First, I am so sorry that you are in a situation where your eyelid surgery must be fixed. No skin needs to be removed from the eyelid. You have bilateral upper eyelid ptosis, a high (and irregular upper eyelid crease), crepey upper eyelid skin, upper eyelash ptosis, and a compensatory eyebrow elevation. The upper eyelid crease needs to be lowered, the ptosis repaired, the crepey upper eyelid platform skin controlled, and the upper eyelid lashes supported. With the repair of the ptosis, the eyebrow will tend to relax down and that will help hide the old scars under the fold. You can get a sense of this by studying your photos when you are looking up.
