Do I need surgery to fix my eyelid after a pimple? (Photos)

Around 2-3 months ago i got a pimple over my right eyelid and popped it, and since i get pimples regularly i didn't think anything of it. My eyelid got pretty swollen and thought it would go down after a day or two, but it hasn't gotten better in months. It has gotten to the point where it is the only thing i can think of when i see myself in the mirror. It doesn't hurt at all when i touch it and is really soft. Do i need to get surgery to fix this?

The stye is acute inflammation. It occurs when an oil gland that opens to the edge of the eyelid gets congested and leaks into the eyelid. These oils are irritating to the eyelid and are normally confined to the gland. We have the oils to help stabilize the tear film. The eyelid blows up at first. It may resolve completely but not uncommonly, the inflammation resolved to a hard bump. This is called a chalazia. When you see the ophthalmologist or oculoplastic surgeon, they often propose surgical drainage or removal. However, most of these are exquisitely sensitive to a kenalog injection. I recommend that you look for that treatment. It is highly effective.

2-3 months really long time to healing a pimple. Your both eyelids are looking has extra skin at there. You can have only upper eyelid surgery to sort your eye's looking. Best regards.
