The first goal is to achieve a stable healthy weight, and then seek the opinion of a board certified plastic surgeon. You would benefit from a lift, and possibly implant to improve shape. You are not alone, many individuals have this issue after weight chance and/or having babies.
Thank you for your photographs. You have a grade 2 ptosis but otherwise normal breasts. A simple breast lift should return you to a more youthful position. It will move the nipple/areola to its correct position, which is above the inframammary fold. If you feel that your breasts are too large or heavy, a small breast reduction could be done at the same time and still achieve the same excellent results. Best wishes.
Dear Practical505453,based on your photos, it looks like you might benefit from breast lift. My preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are at a stable weight then a breast lift can be performed to make your breasts perkier. A reduction can be performed at the same time to reduce their size, if you’d like. Please note that if you gain weight after your surgery, your breasts may grow in size. Subsequent weight loss after surgery can also negatively affect your results. That’s why it would be a good idea to be at your stable (and preferably ideal) weight.
The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
From the photos you appear to have ptosis (sagging) and some asymmetry. This can be addressed with a breast lift. A small reduction can be performed on the larger breast so that it better matches the smaller breast. The next step is to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you.
If you are pregnant, wear a good supporting bra. Once you are six months out from stopping breast feeding, then you will know what you are left with and can get a lift if desired. If you are not pregnant but just gained weight, you can have a lift.
Based on your nicely posted photos you need butt is called a mommy makeover or MMO. I would offer full breast lift with or without implants with a abdominal ectomy excision excessive abdominal pennis and correction split muscles total fee $15,000-$20,000. Best virtual consult with.
The changes in breast appearance seems consistent with the impact of age and potential weight gain.Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD
Thanks for your question. Yes, both of these procedures can be done at the same time. I recommend scheduling a consult for a proper evaluation. Please always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Dr. Moises Salama, board certified plastic surgeon.
