AutoAugmentation using Benelli/donut scar?

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity.

Donut lifts usually don’t work well. You get very little lift and it can stretch out the areolae. The lollipop lift avoids these problems

This procedure is very limited and photos would be helpful to see if you are a candidate for this. However, sometimes the shape is better when the vertical scar is added to the lift. Go for a consultation.

A breast lift by itself is never going to make the breast larger.
Do use a various types of breast lift surgery are used by providers, depending on each patient’s needs and candidacy.
Individuals who have more pronounced breast ptosis will need a more aggressive breast lift type of procedure.
Using a Benelli lift on patient with more than slight ptosis can lead to undesirable outcomes.
