Auto Augmentation using benelli method?

Question

I was wondering if it is possible to use the benelli method to perfom an auto augmentation breast lift on small breasts with grade 1 (maybe even psuedoptosis) breasts? Would it be possible to use this method or even add a short vertical inicion (but not a long one that goes up to the start of the IF)

Dear Dynamic828035,
my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity.

There is a variation of the Benelli called the mini lift.  This can be done with auto augmentation without the use of a short vertical scar.  At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed.

If you do not have excessive skin or sagging, it can be used. However, you will be very limited on the augmentation.  Perhaps you are a candidate for fat transfer.

Your post leaves something to be desired in regards to understanding what the problem is or what you’re trying to achieve.
A Benelli breast lift is legitimate breast lift technique, but has significant drawbacks, especially for those who need a more significant lift
I’m not sure what you are referring to when you say Auto augmentation.
I suggest having a few in person, consultations with plastic surgeons in your community to get a better assessment, and better understanding of various procedures, including what they can, and cannot accomplish.
