I had a breast augmentation and lift in 2019 (I think?). I have since had a baby and am 2 years post partum. I feel like I've lost some upper pole fullness and need to be lifted again. I'm attaching a video to see what can be done to help.
Answer: Recurrent sagging after breast implants and lift Thanks for your question. If your breasts have sagged again, it is possible to have another breast lift procedure, and this can be done while keeping your current implants, removing them, or changing their size. People who require breast lift surgery typically have breast tissue that has decreased elasticity and strength, so it is not uncommon for it to relax and settle over time. For this reason, many patients will seek to have secondary surgery to restore the shape and upper fullness.

Answer: Skin tightening and consider additional support. From your photograph, it appears that your nipple and areola are at the correct level. It also appears that the distance from your nipple down to the fold underneath your breast is elongated secondary to some stretching of the tissues from your pregnancy as well as the weight of your implants. The upper pole of your breast has a nice slope to it. Since the tissues of your breast stretched out over the prior two years, a repeat of the skin excision would likely result in the same result over time Therefore, you may consider what is called an ADM, or acellular dermal matrix, such as Galaflex, which is a reinforcing mesh that is placed into the tissues of the lower pole of the breast, as a sling, at the time of a lift, which provides additional strength to the tissues and will incorporate into your tissues, so that strength is maintained for years and your lifted result has the best chance of lasting years. Best wishes

Answer: Breast lift Dear marriagebabiesboobies, based on your photos, it looks like you would need breast lift. My preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. Answer: Post partum breasts Thank you for your photos and question. Based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a secondary breast lift. I would suggest visiting with your original plastic surgeon or consulting with a board certified plastic surgery to discuss your options. Good luck!

Answer: Lift recommended It does look like you may benefit from another lift since your nipples appear to be below your breast fold.
