Unfortunately, that option is not possible at this time.  That being said, I do think you would benefit from bariatric surgery to reduce the amount of excess skin you are currently carrying.  You should consult with a Board Certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your options further.

Hi Laurie,Thank you for sharing your plastic surgery question, and congratulations on your weight loss.  One way to find reduced plastic surgery costs would be to consult with a plastic surgeon at a teaching university in your area.There are many reputible plastic surgery programs in the Carolinas and you could be a teaching case where the resident (plastic surgery student) would perform the majority of your procedure under the supervision of the attending (plastic surgeon).  Another option would be to consult with a surgeon who accepts financing terms, these are often posted on surgeon's websites. Tummy tucks after weight loss are more difficult and require more experience than a basic tummy tuck.  Discounted plastic surgery is not the best way to choose a surgeon, as you want a result to last a lifetime and to complete your weight loss journey.   Many practices offer financing and this could be an option for you. Choose someone who has specific experience in after weight loss plastic surgery and look at many before/after photos of patients who are similar to you. 

Discount or reduced price plastic surgery can be offered by a local university with a plastic surgery residency. The residents will perform the surgery under the supervision of an attending plastic surgeon.  If you don't mind being a "teaching case", you might be able to have the procedure at a deeply discounted rate.

Congratulations on your weight loss! I'm unaware of any programs or practices that offer a lower price in exchange for skin and fat donation. However, sometimes plastic surgery training programs will offer procedures at a reduced rate.
