Hi Laurie,Thank you for sharing your plastic surgery question, and congratulations on your weight loss.  One way to find reduced plastic surgery costs would be to consult with a plastic surgeon at a teaching university in your area.There are many reputible plastic surgery programs in the Carolinas and you could be a teaching case where the resident (plastic surgery student) would perform the majority of your procedure under the supervision of the attending (plastic surgeon).  Another option would be to consult with a surgeon who accepts financing terms, these are often posted on surgeon's websites. Choose someone who has specific experience in after weight loss plastic surgery and look at many before/after photos of patients who are similar to you.
