I had one rhinoplasty and two revision surgeries. Unfortunately all the surgeries failed and I ended up with a visible scar, non symmetrical nostrils and I can’t breath through the left side of my nose. These problems made me so insure last years. I visited so many doctors in different countries through the years and no one could help me.

Answer: Your nasal asymmetry is barely perceptible in your photographs.
The septum is not typically reduced to shorten the nose as this can be to aggressive. Usually a cephalic trim or suturing the medial crura up to the septum can achieve this.
Septal cartilage is the best, followed by ear, and rib. Rib tends to warp and ear has little integrity. There is also fresh frozen cadaveric rib cartilage which seems to last.
Hello! Thank you for your question.1. Using nasal dilators cannot increase the large of your nostrils.2. I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty, where we can use external grafts to reshape the nostrils and make a new alar base. The scar will be done on the same place as your previous surgery....
