Inverted V deformity or swelling? (Photos)

I had a rhinoplasty a month ago- i am worried because from below my nose has an inverted V appearance to it. However from a lateral view it looks fine, just what apparently is some bony calluses on the sides. So is this the calluses or should i be concerned? I'm scared I screwed it up from lightly picking it. :(
